The Sixth Sunday after Pentecost

May of us can feel remote and separated from others even if we live in a large city. In addition to this feeling of isolation, work and other tensions can lead to a feeling of being unproductive on the professional front and feeling a bit depleted on the personal side of life. On the sixth Sunday after Pentecost the reading is from the parable of the sower: “But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.” Matthew 13:23

Praying with you that our hearts will be good ground so we can reconnect with others in fellowship and produce fruit during all our interactions this week.
